Returns & Refunds policy
Adweta Vision Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions made through its website.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies specifically to registrations made for The Manifestation Retreat 2026 – “Sankalp Se Siddhi”, scheduled to be held on 12–13 September 2026 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
1. Event Registration
The registration fee for the event is ₹499 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Ninety-Nine only) per attendee.
The registration fee is a one-time payment made for participation in the event.
2. No Refund Policy
All event registrations are strictly non-refundable.
Once a registration has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the registration fee of ₹499 will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal reasons
Failure to attend the event
Late arrival or early departure
Change in personal circumstances
Travel or accommodation-related issues
Illness or other personal emergencies
Failure to provide accurate registration information
Non-utilisation of the event registration
By completing the registration and payment, the participant acknowledges and accepts this No Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may choose not to attend the event after registration; however, such non-attendance shall not create any entitlement to a refund.
Registrations are personal and may not be cancelled for the purpose of obtaining a refund.
4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that Adweta Vision Foundation cancels or reschedules the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including operational, governmental, venue-related, safety, natural or other unforeseen circumstances, the Foundation may provide updated information regarding the revised arrangements.
Any refund or alternative arrangement in such circumstances, if applicable, shall be communicated by Adweta Vision Foundation separately.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a genuine technical or payment-processing error, the participant may contact Adweta Vision Foundation with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment may be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
6. Payment Gateway Issues
Adweta Vision Foundation is not responsible for delays, failures or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, internet service providers or other third-party payment infrastructure.
Where a payment has been debited but the registration is not confirmed, the participant should contact the Foundation with the transaction details for verification.
